  • Purpose Finder Programme: a narrative approach to finding purpose after loss

If you’re tired of looking at the scattered pieces and you’re ready to start exploring what your "new box lid" looks like, I’m here to help.

I’m currently developing a 3-month intensive Purpose Finder coaching programme, designed to help you sort through the fragments and build a future that feels authentic to who you are now.

This April, I am looking for people who want clarity, connection, and renewed purpose, to try this programme out.

If you’re ready to stop forcing old pieces to fit and start discovering your new colours, please drop me a message.

This blog might help you understand more too.

Are you struggling to move forward after the death of a loved one? Have you found yourself passively floating through life, feeling you have lost any sense of who you are?

Loss comes in many forms. Perhaps a relationship has broken down, you have moved to a different country and feel the weight of the unknown, or you are caring for a loved one and anticipating the day they will no longer be with you.

Whatever you have lost, it is okay to grieve. It is okay to sit with that pain for as long as you need. But when the time is right, getting "unstuck" can feel impossible.

There is often a fear that moving forward means forgetting, or a sense of guilt for wanting to reclaim your life. You might feel a complete loss of control, unsure of how to exist in a world that looks so different.

That is where I come in. As a Grief and Loss Coach, I support you to acknowledge your loss, find the words to tell your story, and identify what you need to move forward. I will never tell you to "move on" or forget. Instead, we find the narrative that allows you to embrace life while honouring what you have lost.

During our sessions, you will:

  • Tell your story: A space to find the words without the pressure of feeling a certain way.

  • Identify true feelings: Navigate overwhelming emotions and societal expectations with a professional who understands.

  • Reclaim Agency: Break down long-term goals into tangible, manageable steps.

  • Reshape your Identity: Discover who you are now and find peace, purpose, and positivity in your future.

Specialist Support for Pregnancy and Infant Loss

I also provide a dedicated space for those navigating the unique, often silent heartbreak of pregnancy and infant loss. Drawing on my years of experience working in early pregnancy care, I understand the clinical and emotional complexities that follow these losses. Whether your loss was recent or years ago, I provide a steady, grounded space to honour a story that is often left untold.

You can find more information on miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy, stillbirth, and other types of pregnancy and infant loss here.

By acknowledging where you are today, we work together to rebuild relationships, regain control, and find the strength to move forward on your terms.

Testimonials

  • Kat is a highly professional and skilled coach. I approached her for support with complex grief and brought topics which were outside of her usual scope of practice, yet she supported me with ease and expertise. Kat helped me to engage in deep reflection around a challenging area of my life which I have been working through for the past 5 years. Through my work with Kat, I have found myself able to re-direct my energy from anger and wishing for external factors to change into creating a more positive future for myself in the areas I can control. Whilst there was clear empathy demonstrated throughout, I never felt pitied, but rather respected and capable of moving forward. I would recommend Kat for support with any type of grief or loss.

  • I cannot thank Kat enough for the opportunity to work with her. She has supported me, through our coaching sessions, to navigate the difficulties of caring for a parent with Alzheimer’s whilst continuing to work and have caring responsibilities for my grandchildren. I have been left with strategies for managing my feelings and an understanding that it is ok to feel overwhelmed. Kat’s friendly but gentle, thought provoking style has helped me in so many ways

  • I found Kat so empathic, kind and understanding. I felt she listened and had helpful prompts to reframe how I was viewing the situations I found myself in. Kat was always respectful of my views, whilst sensitively guiding me to explore new perspectives. I would definitely recommend consulting with Kat for coaching or mentoring. Also, Kat sensitively helped me to explore coming to terms with loss and reframing, looking for the joy, even in the sadness. I owe her a debt of gratitude. Thank you Kat.

  • I came to these sessions at a point in my life when I was feeling like I had forgotten what I wanted for myself, felt overwhelmed and like something needed to change. Kat helped me refocus on myself and what my priorities in life were. Coaching helped me find ways to regain balance in my day to day life and carve out time for myself without feeling guilty about it. It helped me find clarity and identify what things I need to set in place to maintain this balance. Our sessions allowed me to take some time to focus on myself and my goals and identify the tools I have to achieve these.
