Certified grief coaching for individuals and couples:
take ownership of your journey and navigate life after loss
I’m Kat, a Grief, Loss, and Relationships Coach, Nurse, and Mentor. I help people move forward through the fog of life-changing loss to find new purpose and potential. My work uses a narrative-informed approach, combined with practical life coaching tools, to support you as you rewrite your story in a world that looks different after loss.
I specialise in helping you navigate the scattered pieces of life after loss with purpose and authenticity. Drawing on my background in nursing, mentoring, and teaching, I provide a steady, grounded space to help you stop just surviving and start building a new picture for your future, one that actually fits who you are today.

Relationships Coaching
Whether you are in a relationship or not, I can support you to create lasting, fulfilling, and respectful relationships. By working with individuals or couples, we create a judgement-free environment where you can openly discuss your experiences, current reality, and future desires. Whether you are looking to find love, struggling with family dynamics, or your romantic relationships no longer feel uplifting, we will identify your needs, open up communication between partners, and move forward with positivity.

Grief & Loss Coaching
Coaching for individuals or couples to rediscover joy, peace, and clarity after loss. Whether this is the death of a loved one, pregnancy and infant loss, the breakdown of a relationship, or any other form of loss, I will support you. Together we will acknowledge your loss, find the words to express your needs, and create positive and worthwhile goals for a future that looks different after loss.

Coaching for Teens
Being a teenager is a complex journey of changing dynamics and mounting pressure. The CC Project provides a grounded, narrative-informed space for young people (ages 12-18) to build self-awareness and confidence.
Through 1-2-1 coaching and group workshops, I help teens move past the fog of self-doubt to define their own values. It’s about more than just fitting in, it’s about giving your teen the tools to communicate authentically and say, with confidence, "This is me.”
